ISO-SEC TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Today is totally unacceptable for the public to not be aware of the level of security and/or safety of the public facilities they use, or the quality and level of know-how i.e. of a security company, or of a training/education provider, before they use their services.
ISO-SEC provides accreditations of many different types and levels.

We can certify:

  • Security & Safety Training Providers

  • Security & Safety Operatives
  • Governmental & Municipal Buildings
  • Facilities open to the public (Stadiums, Hospitals, Hotels, Shopping Centers/Malls, Train Stations, Airports, Seaports, etc.)
  • Public Transportation Companies
  • Limousine Service Companies
  • Taxi Companies
  • Products (i.e. road blockers, bulletproof vests, security systems, etc.)
  • And many more

ISO-SEC Accreditation means:

How much does it costs:
The cost depends on the type, the level and the amount of Modules you will request ISO-SEC to accredit.
As an estimation, the cost of a Level I (Level one) certification includes one Module, and it costs:
  • Individuals: from 500€
  • Security/Safety Companies: 1,500.00€
  • Extra module: 300€ for each Module.
  • Bundle of Modules:
a. BM1: 1,000.00€ (inlcuding up to 5 modules)
b. BM2: 1,500.00€ (including up to 10 modules)

SUBMIT A REQUEST
(upon reception of your request, we will provide you with a quote and as soon as the first part is paid, we will provide you with the necessary forms and documents)

Note: Shortly after the request, you will be contacted by one of our consultants, in order to answer all possible questions and to provide you with all necessary details and clarify the overall cost.
Keep in mind that, there is a no obligation policy, up to this point.
If you accept the final ISO-SEC offer along with our terms and conditions, you must then provide us with the necessary documents and the first part of the payment (3 parts in total), as follows:

ACCREDITATION PROCEDURE

1st part (pre-registration):
You must pay 30% of the total amount before you send us the necessary documents, in order to be provided with all forms and the list of documents required.
Once you send us via email all the requested documents, we will examine the application and inform you if you meet the criteria for the accreditation.
If so, then you must proceed with the payment of the 2nd part.
If not, you must collect all missing documents and send them to us, within 45 days. After this deadline, the pre-registration will expire and you must start the process again.

2nd part (Examination):
The second part of the project, demands the payment in advance of 50% of the total amount.
The accreditation can take up to 3 months for Europe, United States of America and Canada and up to 5 months for the rest of the world.
You can reduce the accreditation time, if you send us by post all requested documents, with their authenticity recognized by the Swiss Embassy/Consulate of your country (for Swiss people/companies/authorities, this procedure is not required).
Note: The authentication by the Swiss Embassy / Consulate, it's not a free of charge procedure and the cost of the post/courier must also be considered.

3rd part (Certification):
The third and final step requires the prepayment of the remaining 20% of the total amount.
After we receive the final payment (and within 10 working days), you will receive the Certificate (or the Certificates if you are accredited also for extra Modules), by email.

Renewal Cost:
The Certificates are valid for 3 years subject to an annual registration/audit. If during each year, nothing changes, then the renewal will cost 15% of the total amount of the accreditation.
If something does change, you must send us the necessary documents and this will have an extra cost of 75€ per each modified module.
If there are changes in the company's structure/purpose/address/directors/etc. (main Module), then the 25% must be calculated on the basis of the total amount paid for the accreditation.


All certificates are publicly traceable. Options of advertisements will be open after 1st of September 2018.
