ANTI-SLAVERY STATEMENT
SLAVERY EXISTS ALSO TODAY.
THEY CALL IT "MODERN SLAVERY"

ANTI-SLAVERY AND ANTI-ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION STATEMENT

There are almost 30 million slaves around the world today! Modern slavery is even worst than drugs. Drugs they sell them once. In slavery the "goods" will be sold again and again!

This statement sets out the Group's actions to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business and to put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in its own business and its supply chains.
The Group has zero tolerance to modern slavery and human trafficking and is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.
The Group is a Private Group based in Switzerland.
The Head Office is in Switzerland. Most of the trading outlets are abroad, via partnerships “Francizing type”

POSSIBLE RISK:
As it is knowns, our Group offers Educational Programs for professionals also from abroad. The risk that a potential student from abroad can face, is someone to use our name to lure a victim. We strongly recomend to any future student to contact us via our website, before they accept any proposal from anyone to join any of our courses, especially when this looks "too good to be true".

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION OF OUR GROUP:
Our Group does NOT receive any governmental financial support and for us any possible student supports our survival. Also, it isn’t proper to remove the rights of education to people from abroad, especially from countries of the third world, that they need it the most.
We don’t have options to control the real intentions of those they apply as our students. What we do is to do everything we can to collect as more possible information and we appoint representatives/managers of our Group (external partners) who are reputable in the specific country, who make a due diligence on our behalf.
However, we aren’t able to undertake ANY responsibility, if any of the students uses our course in order to immigrate illegally in our country. This is job of the Swiss Embassy of the specific country, as WE ARE NOT UNDERTAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY.
IF the Swiss Embassy believes that the specific person can immigrate illegally, then they must reject his/her visa application.

DUE DILIGENCE:
As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk, where possible, we build long standing relationships with local suppliers and partners and make clear our expectations of business behavior.

With regards to national or international supply chains, our point of contact is preferably with a reputable organization or person, and we expect these entities to have suitable anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes.

TRAINING:
To ensure a level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide this statement as a training to relevant members of staff.

MONITORING:
In light of the introduction of the Modern Slavery Acts around the world, we use the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure how effective we have been to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains:

STATUS:
This statement is made pursuant to the Modern Slavery Acts and constitutes the Group’s Anti-Slavery Statement.
Help us to reduce victims of modern slavery.
Report to law enforcement any suspicious activity. Report to us also, when our logos or name of our companies is implicated.

REPORT ACTIVITIES OF MODERN SLAVERY

Keep in mind that soonest you file a report, the person who will receive the report will be the President AND the second shareholder and also CEO of the Group.
The reason for that is because we need to protect our President and nobody to be able to accuse him that he didn't acted because he is a friend with the person who committed the specific crime. The second main shareholder and CEO, does NOT know anyone from our partners.
The same moment after we receive your report we will initiate a secret investigation and if we find any indication of modern slavery.
You must NOT hesitate! Be sure that we will NOT provide your details to ANYONE! This kind of crimes can be investigated also by an anonymous report and nobody cares who reported the crime.
If you have indications please let us know!

Again, thank you for helping us stay an honest and lawful Group.
Thank you for helping us keep our reputation to the top.

The President, on the behalf of all lawful Partners and Students of our Group.
